Project Description

Jalisco Brixton is more than a restaurant—it’s a lively hub for Latin American culture. For over 24 years, this family-run business has expanded to two locations in Brixton Village and Loughborough Junction, serving comforting, Latin American-inspired food and fostering a strong sense of community. To support the next chapter of the business, the shop relocated, and we at k-architecture designed an efficient new layout for their space in Brixton Village.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

 

Following the relocation of the Brixton Village unit, k-architecture was appointed to re-plan the interior within the new footprint. The layout was developed to clarify front-of-house/back-of-house zoning, improve circulation from entrance to ordering and seating, and rationalise service routes to reduce cross-traffic between customers and staff.
